How to allow a prospect to share their contact information with a single tap
In light of the recent Cambridge Analytica issue and Facebook’s role in sharing information with 3rd parties, it’s easy to forget that getting contact details is a necessary step in any sale. Leads need to be nurtured and chatbots are excellent at that.
The Chatfuel platform has just released a plugin that allows chatbot users to share their phone or email with a single tap on the screen. This is great as it lowers the threshold to share and it will reveal their real number and email as they’re listed on Facebook, and thus we’ll be getting more qualified leads.
What’s there left to say? There never was a better time to get a bot than now.
